- Does a family invitation count as one guest?
- No — it counts as its seats. A family invitation admitting five counts as five, because five people arrive, five seats are held and five appear in the report.
- Do my guests need an account?
- No. A guest opens a link, answers, and arrives. No account, no app, nothing to install.
- What does "unlimited events" actually mean?
- As many events a year as you can run. What is limited is how many are live at the same time, and how many guests you invite in a year — both are on the card above. Finishing an event frees its place and its seats straight away, so the yearly figure is the one that decides how much work a plan holds.
- Do drafts count against my plan?
- No, and there is no limit on them. Prepare a whole season of events as drafts whenever you like. A place is taken only when an event goes live, which is also when it is paid for and when its invitations start working.
- How are invited guests counted?
- Once, when an event goes live, by the seats on its guest list at that moment. Adding a guest after that does not recount the event, and resending an invitation costs you nothing against it. If you pass your yearly figure, extra guests are the same price per guest as your plan already charges — never a penalty rate, and never a forced upgrade.
- Is WhatsApp included?
- Sharing from your own WhatsApp is included on every plan and does not count as a send. Texting the link is included in your guest allowance; each invitation can be texted up to three times, after which share it from WhatsApp instead. Automated WhatsApp messaging, when it arrives, may carry a separate usage charge, because it is billed to us per message.
- How do I pay?
- By arrangement with us for now — there is no online checkout yet. Start your event, or write to us, and we will set it up with you.
- What happens when my event is over?
- It stays in your workspace as a completed event, with its guest list, michango and attendance record intact.
