Guest lists that survive a real event
Import the spreadsheet your client already sent you. Seats per invitation, so a family of five counts as five people arriving rather than one name on a list.

Waalikwa is not an e-card service. It is the guest-operations workspace behind an event: the list, the invitations, who replied, who paid in, who came through the gate, and the report you hand your client afterwards.
Free for seven days. No card, and no call to get started.

A designed card is the first ten minutes of the job. The rest is chasing four hundred phone numbers, knowing who replied, counting seats a family will actually use, keeping the michango straight, and getting people through the door on the day without a clipboard. Waalikwa holds all of it, which is why it is priced per guest and per event rather than per design.
Plans differ by how much you run, never by what you can do. Nothing below is withheld from a smaller plan.
Import the spreadsheet your client already sent you. Seats per invitation, so a family of five counts as five people arriving rather than one name on a list.

Artwork generated per guest with their name and what the card admits, carrying a scannable code unique to them. Waalikwa can deliver it over WhatsApp for you, or you can send each one from your own WhatsApp so it arrives from a number your client's guests already recognise.

Guests answer from the link, and responses taken by phone go in the same place. Reminders go to the people who have not replied, not to everyone.

Pledges, payments and expenses in shillings, with a committee who can record them. Records are voided with a reason rather than edited, so what your client reads can be defended line by line.

Scan the code or look the guest up by name, and seats count down as the family arrives. Two gates at once, and admissions recorded even where there is no signal.

Who was invited, who replied, who arrived and when. The thank-you list comes out of the same data, so the last favour to your client costs you nothing.

Every client's event lives in the same workspace and on the same calendar, each with its own guest list, invitations, team and books. Your client's guests read your client's name on the invitation, not your company's — you set the host name per event, in each language.

Start on standard Waalikwa branding and change nothing to get working. What is listed here is what a planner workspace carries today — no waiting list, no setup call.

Deeper branding is set up with you rather than switched on by you. It touches a domain, a messaging provider's approval and a commercial agreement, none of which a sign-up form can settle honestly. Tell us what you need and we will say plainly what is possible and what it costs.

Create the workspace, import a guest list you already have, and see the whole run through to the report. Seven days free, and nobody has to call you first.
